Kate Jarboe is an artist whose work has been exhibited at the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts (New York), SOMA (Mexico City), San Francisco State University, and Fernwey Gallery (Chicago). She has been featured in Artforum, D Magazine, and the Dallas Observer, and her artist’s books are distributed by Printed Matter.
Her work resides in the collections of Aeromoto Library (Mexico City), the Allen Ginsberg Estate (New York), the Butler Library at Columbia University (New York), the GLBT Historical Society (San Francisco), the Hamon Fine Arts Library (Dallas), the National Design Archives (Denver), James Madison University Special Collections (Harrisonburg, VA), and the National Museum of American History (Washington, DC).
